🚀 Q1 Product Initiatives

Objective: Core business priorities and high-leverage projects for the current quarter. Operational Link: Detailed task execution is managed in the Tactical Backlog.

1. Executive Summary: Q1 Infrastructure Monopoly

Our mission this quarter is to harden the FLIK ecosystem through three high-leverage pillars:

  1. Capital Velocity (Fintech): Automating the Credit Engine (LOS/LMS) to achieve near-instant credit decisions, <12h disbursement, and the capacity to scale to 100s of merchants with parallel project support.

  2. Traffic Ownership (Growth): Bridging Marketplace shoppers to owned D2C channels via Convert Pilot and driving app lock-in through the Shopper Flywheel.

  3. Product Monitoring (Core): Establishing proactive Product Monitoring and a centralized Data Room (The Brain) for absolute metric integrity.

3. Prioritization Logic (FSV Score)

FSV = (Impact / Effort) x 50

  • Impact (10-100): Platform trust, defensibility, and revenue potential.
  • Effort (10-100): Technical complexity and regulatory friction.
